“Green•Go” What kind of a name is that?
Nearly everyone says they love our logo . . . (thank you Shawn @ LeftLane Designs). Some even laugh out loud and declare “I love ’em both - especially your name!”
So how did we come up with a name like Green•Go?
We sell products that are made by other companies. We focus on building-related technologies that are both “Green” and superior performers in their respective classes. We have a lot of fun helping people source and implement solutions that satisfy these criteria. We wanted a brandable identity that was uniquely our own, memorable and supportive of these business objectives.
“Green•Go” is an intentionally fun and obvious play on the words Green and Gringo. According to Wikipedia the broader usage of the word “Gringo” usually refers to a foreigner or non-native speaking individual in certain countries. Our products, and the benefits they offer, are for the most part new (i.e. non-native) and/or not yet familiar (i.e. foreign) to the marketplace at large.
