We are proud to sell and install V-Seal Concrete Sealers . . . V-Seal was our first product line when we started our business back in 2001. I first heard about them from another contractor. I was pleasantly surprised to learn about them as I was very distrusting of, and uncomfortable with, harsh chemicals and products that simply did not perform.
When I found V-Seal, I was so excited because I found something that actually worked well, really well . . . AND it was water based and environmentally friendly . . . and it was priced afford-ably. Now that everyone is trying to go green, it seems everyone is trying to accomplish what V-Seal did nearly 30 years ago.

V-Seal is easy to use for DIY’ers and contractors alike, you don’t need any special equipment – you can use your average garden sprayer to put it down.
V-Seal penetrates and fuses with the actual elements in your concrete so it’s not “sitting” on or in your concrete, it actually becomes part of it. Here’s how they describe it, “V-SEAL Concrete Sealer will wear away only when the substrate itself wears away to the lowest penetration of the sealer” (www.vseal.com) In fact, it used to be called the 20 year concrete sealer although I don’t think they use that moniker anymore. All in all, it truly is a powerful option for many different applicati0ns.
